Refund policy

Each of the pieces go through stringent inspection right after production. However sometimes human error are unavoidable and we will help you get issues sorted as soon as possible.

If you'd like to return/exchange the product, you are requested to write to us at sheetalfabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange with photo within 3 days of receiving your outfit.

1.  Kindly please ensure the returned product is unused with original tags/labels intact. Once we receive the product, our team will inspect and process the return/exchange accordingly.

2. Exchanges or returns will only be processed after discussion via email. Any products sent without discussion on mail will not be accepted and has to be picked by the customer .

3. Products sold on offers are not eligible for return/exchange.

4. Products once exchanged are not eligible for second return/exchange.
